邀请函是商务文档里经常遇见的文件，是企业间，年会，会议，国际之间的贸易，同行之间的互相交流之间常见的函件，当遇到国际间的往来时，就需要邀请函翻译成外文，否则别人看不懂什么意思，以示尊重.

邀请函内容英文翻译以原文为准，忠实原文，准确表达原文含义，并遵照对方理解，有理解的发出胡邀请，要求翻译邀请函时，注重以上这些。

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Shanxi Provincial CPC Committee and the People's Government of Shanxi Province will jointly host a global promotion activity for Shanxi Province on Monday, February 25, 2019, which will mainly include a symposium on cooperation between Shanxi and multinational enterprises, an exhibition and a global promotion conference for Shanxi Province.

Whereupon, Senior officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Shanxi Provincial CPC Committee and the People's Government of Shanxi Province, as well as diplomatic envoys from different countries, senior managers from international organizations, international business associations and multinational corporations in China will attend the activity.
