　　（一）信用证金额条款（Amount of the L/C ）
　　Amount USD2,000.00 金额：美元 2 000.00 元
　　For an amount of USD…金额为美元元
　　For a sum not exceeding total of USD…总金额不超过美元
　　Up to an aggregate amount of USD…总、金客页美元

　　（二）信用证翻译或汇票上条款（Clause on Draft or B/E ）
　　All drafts drawn under this credit must contain the clause “Drafts drawn Under Bank of .credit No… .dated .9,
　　本证项下开具的汇票须注明“本汇票系凭……银行……年……月……日第……号信 用证下开具”的条款。、
　　Draft （s） drawn under this credit to be marked： aDrawn under .Bank L/C NoDated
　　（issuing date of credit） ”
　　根据本证开出的汇票须注明“凭……银行……年……月……日（按开证日期）第…… 号不可撤销信用证项下开立”。
　　（三）信用证中货物描述，一般包括货名、品质、数量、单价、价格术语等（Description of Goods）
　　2,100 dozen “Rooster” brand hoes，article No. H316-2-3/4LBS, hoes dark-blue painted at USD 12.8 per dozen, CIF TOKYO.
　　2 100打“公鸡牌”锄头，深蓝色，货品编号出16-2-3/4133，价格每打12.8美元， CIF东京到岸价。
　　（四）发票（Invoice ）
　　1.Signed commercial invoice （已签署的商业发票）
　　in duplicate 一式两份；in triplicate 一式三份；in quadruplicate 一式四份；in quintuplicate 一式五份；in sextuplicate 一式六份；in septuplicate 一式七份；in octuplicate 一式y、份；in nonuplicate 一式九份；in decuplicate 一式十份
　　2.Beneficiary^ original signed commercial invoices at least in 8 copies issued in the name of the buyer indicating （showing/evidencing/specifying/declaration of） the merchandise,
　　country of origin and any other relevant information.
　　以买方的名义开具、注明商品名称、原产国及其他有关资料，并经签署的受益人的 商业发票正本至少一式八份。
　　（五）单据条款（Clause （s） on Documents ）
　　信用证要求的单据：汇票（Bill of Exchange）；商业发票（Commercial Invoice）；原产 地证书（Certificate of Origin）；提单（Bill of Lading）；保单（Insurance Policy）；检验证书 （Inspection Certificate）；受益人证明书（Beneficiary’s certificate）；装箱单（Packing List）或重 量单（Weight list）等等。
　　信用证中要求提供单据的条款表述：
　　Documents required as following:
　　须提交以下单据。
　　Documents marked “X” below.
　　须提交下列注有“X”标志的单据。
　　Drafts must be accompanied by the following documents marked “X”。
　　汇票须随附下列注有“X”标志的单据。
　　…available against surrender of the following documents bearing the credit number and the full name and address of the opener.
　　（议付时）以提交下列注明本信用证编号及开证人详细姓名、地址的各项单据为有效。

　　Generalised system of preference certificate of origin form 普惠制格式 “A” 产地证 Packing list detailing the complete inner packing specification and contents of each package列明每件货物内包装规格和物品的装箱单。
　　Certificate of inspection certifying quality & quantity issued by AQSIQ.
　　由国家质检总局出具的品质和数量检验证明书。
　　Survey report on weight issued by AQSIQ.
　　国家质检总局签发的重量检验证明书。
