Note:

    1. The summoned shall appear on the court   on time. Both the plaintiff and defendant shall bring two copies   of original copy and photocopy; the defendant, where being a citizen, shall   bring both the original and photocopy of ID card; being a unit, shall bring certificate   of status of a legal person (stamped with official seal), power of attorney   (stamped with official seal), copy of business license; the entrusted agent   in addition to being an attorney shall submit a copy of ID card.

    2. Where the plaintiff refuses to appear   on the court without justified reasons after receiving the summon, the People’s Court may   address as lawsuit withdrawal; where the defendant   refuses to appear on the court without justified reasons after receiving the   summon, the People’s Court may make judgment by   default on the basis of claims of the plaintiff and evidence materials   submitted to the court by both parties already.

    3. The   original copy or original items, or copies or reproductions verified the same   by the people’s court shall be provided to the court when   providing evidence to the People’s Court. The submitted evidences   shall be classified one by one, source of evidence material, object of proof   and content shall be described briefly, and the copies shall be provided per   number of opposite party.
